We welcome media professionals to submit a request for Press & Media accreditation for Shambhala Music Festival. Photographers and videographers not on assignment with a credible publication will not be considered for SMF Press Credentials. Influencers will be considered if they can demonstrate a large, relevant following across multiple social media channels. Before you fill out this form, please note that personal Facebook pages, promotional companies and brands will NOT be considered for SMF Press Credentials.

Photography Policy
Want to use your own camera? Record the magic? Yes! Please take photos, share your experience and show your friends and family. Remember to ask before you take a photo. Be respectful when taking shots at the river or on the beach, please use your discretion. We ask that cameras remain in their bags on the beach. Shambhala is a nude-friendly space, please conduct yourself accordingly when capturing photo and video. Nude photographs posted online are subject to legal action. It is all about RESPECT.
While performing, attending, volunteering, and/or working at Shambhala Music Festival you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Your image, your voice, any performance, any art and any likeness may be used for festival promotional purposes (unless otherwise stated in contract). This footage may be displayed or disseminated without your consent or payment of compensation to you and you release Shambhala Music Festival from any legal liability for such filming, photographing or dissemination.
Any media, photography or video, taken on the property of Salmo River Ranch is subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Shambhala Music Festival for promotional purposes.
Any professional photography and videography is ONLY permitted on festival grounds with an official SMF photo, video or press pass. Other than for personal use, all images, film or video obtained at the festival may not be used without the prior written permission of Shambhala Music Festival.
