The 26th Annual Shambhala Music Festival is right around the corner, and this is your chance to be a part of it while making a difference.

On Monday, December 2 at 6pm PST, Shambhala Music Festival is auctioning off 20 tickets, and you’re invited to participate! Here’s everything you need to know to secure your spot at the festival while supporting local charities.

How to Participate:

1. Set Up Your Auction Profile: Head over to this link to create your auction profile and input your credit card information in advance. Click the “Enter Auction” button to register.

2. Auction Details: The bidding starts at 6 pm PST on Monday, December 2nd. Ensure your profile is set up and logged in before this time to avoid missing out. 

NEW FOR THIS YEAR: Each lot will be up for auction for just 5 minutes, so act quickly! The next lot begins 60 seconds after the previous lot closes.

3. Ticket Options: There will be 5 pairs of tickets and 10 single tickets up for auction, referred to as ‘lots’ (15 lots total). The lots will be auctioned one at a time, sequentially. Note: the ticket pairs will be auctioned off first, followed by the single tickets.

4. Auction Ending: The final lot in the auction is scheduled to close to bidding at 7:29 pm PST.

Please note, we are unable to provide charitable tax receipts.

💛 Salmo Community Resource Society: Supporting community programs and services in Salmo.

💙 KERPA (Kootenay Emergency Response Physicians Association): Focused on emergency medical care and response in the Kootenay region.

💜 Kootenay Lake Hospital Foundation: Enhancing healthcare services at the Kootenay Lake Hospital. This year, donations will be directly supporting the Light-Up the Hospital Campaign for a new cardiac ultrasound.

💚 Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Health Foundation: Dedicated to supporting healthcare initiatives in the Kootenay Boundary region. This year, donations will be directly supporting their Orthopedic Enhancement Project.
