John Rolodex stands as one of North America’s most respected figures in drum and bass. From Alberta, Canada, he has built an international legacy usually reserved for UK artists, earning releases on iconic imprints such as Metalheadz, V Recordings, Hospital, and Suburban Base. Across more than two decades, Rolodex has remained a forward-thinking producer whose sound continues to evolve. His music spans the full emotional and sonic spectrum, from vocal anthems like “That Jungle Vibe” (with T.Power) to heavyweight devastators such as “Dragon” and the cinematic depth of “The Rainmaker.” Each release bridges timeless jungle and rave sensibilities with precise modern aesthetics, reflecting both innovation and deep cultural roots. As founder of Machinist Music, Rolodex continues to champion breakbeat-driven experimentation and authenticity. He has performed across North America and Europe and curates the Village Jungle Rinseout at Shambhala Music Festival, sharing his enduring passion for the art and culture of drum and bass with audiences worldwide. Miss Fudge brings fire with her soulful lyrics and haunting vocals. A long-time admirer of deep bass lines and amen breaks, her haunting sound fuses effortlessly with DnB. Brady Webster AKA MC Maponus is a master on the mic. Based in Calgary, where he was raised with a strong influence from Hip-hop culture, Brady later discovered Drum & Bass. He quickly found his lane by bringing an iconic style and ‘wow’ factor that seamlessly ties DJ sets together. He consistently performs alongside the industry’s finest talent. Maponus is tried, tested and true wielding the microphone! He is the resident host and MC for RunnIT Productions. In recent years, Maponus has also emerged as a talented producer and DJ, bringing the same level of creativity and storytelling to his sets as he does to his mic work. He continues to develop a unique sound that blends weight, groove, and intention. His DJ sets are intentional and dynamic, often built around themes and moods, and showcase a deep knowledge of sound system music across tempos and styles. Donna Dada is a Vancouver-based DJ whose sets move through UKG, speed garage, jungle, breaks, and bass with ease. Her Trinidadian-Nigerian background and long love affair with UK dance culture shape her sound which is always built for the dancefloor. She’s played festivals like Bass Coast, Shambhala and Harvest Music Festivals, and has shared the stage with artists including Nia Archives, Sherelle, Hitech, Bushbaby, Sam Binga, and Bakey. Whether she’s in a club or an open-air stage, Donna Dada brings a distinctive energy that connects people through bass. With a foundation in performance and formal classical music, IN2IT stepped into the electronic music scene in the early 2000s as both a DJ and music producer. His passion for rhythm, dance, and sound led him to purchase a sound system at age 23 and begin hosting renegade forest parties—sparking a lifelong devotion to music and associated gatherings. Now living on the unceded ancestral lands of the Sinixt, Ktunaxa, Secwepemc peoples, IN2IT continues to channel that same fire. As co-owner of North Lake Sound, he carries forward the spirit of those early gatherings. He has continued to progress and sharpen his music production and DJ skills over the years. He plays at a variety of British Columbia rave and dance events, and has been featured in Shambhala Music Festival's Village Stage Jungle Rinse Out in 2024 and 2025. In 2025 he released a debut two-track single on In Da Jungle Recordings (Montreal), and is looking towards an upcoming international release for Spring/Summer 2026. His sets move through a wide spectrum of dance music, with a sharp and soulful focus on DnB and Jungle. For him mixing is storytelling, promotion, and self-care - a way to share the artists and tracks he loves most, and a ritual that feels as much like therapy as it does celebration. Pete Shredz was born in Toronto, now reppin' Salmo as a DJ, producer and promoter spinning Jungle, DnB, UK Garage, Dubstep, Footwork, 2-step and anything else that will help you keep your gun fingers in the air. Shredz brings his high energy, technical mixing to the decks whether he is playing digital or Vinyl. Shredz runs Capital Jungle & GFP Records and holds a monthly slot on Subtle Radio. Strange Manner is on a constant journey to spread the message of the music that he loves. His blend of ragga, jungle and dnb is a testament to this musical pilgrimage as he showcases the past, present and future of these genres. As a teen, Strange Manner was exposed to many different styles ranging from DJ Shadow, to John Holt, but it wasn’t until he heard the sound of the legendary Shy FX that opened him up to jungle and drum & bass and eventually started his DJ career. In 2015, he was a DJ in the Ragga Jungle Rinseout at Shambhala Music Festival, and has returned to play every year since. Strange Manner continues to expand his reach in Calgary and beyond as an artist, a DJ, and most of all – a lifetime music enthusiast Substance is a dubstep producer based in Sherbrooke, QC, Canada. His journey began in 2011 after discovering PK Sound and the vibrant West Coast Canadian rave scene. By 2012, he started promoting events with friends under the DirtyCake brand, bringing major dubstep acts like Truth, Goth Trad, and Hatcha to his hometown. These efforts helped build a dedicated bass music community and provided platforms for rising artists like Wraz. After a decade of promoting shows and working at festivals across Canada, Substance shifted focus to his own productions. He quickly gained recognition, earning releases on renowned labels such as Sentry Records, Deep Dark & Dangerous, Wheel & Deal, and Nomine Sound. Expanding his repertoire, Substance has also dropped tracks on Boogie T’s Drama Club Recording and has releases on J:Kenzo’s Artikal Records. Collaborations with artists like Antennae and Abstrakt Sonance further showcase his range and ability to cross genres within bass music. In addition to producing, Substance founded Gunfingaz Thursday, a popular Twitch stream that has become a go-to platform for highlighting emerging DJs and producers in the North American dubstep scene. His live performances have graced some of the continent’s top festivals, including Shambhala Music Festival, Bass Coast, Infrasound, and Lightning in a Bottle. These appearances, combined with consistent releases and community involvement, cement his reputation as a dynamic force in bass music. With an exciting futur on the horizon, Substance continues to push boundaries, blending styles and elevating the global dubstep scene. MITTZ is a Calgary-based DJ known for her high-energy sets, smooth transitions, and deep roots in drum & bass culture. Since launching her career in Edmonton in 2009, she has built a reputation across Western and Central Canada for delivering heavy basslines, rolling melodic vibes, and versatile broken-beat selections spanning DnB, dubstep, breakbeats, and hip hop. An original member of the DnB Girls and Girls on Decks, Mittz has performed at countless clubs and festivals, including her first international appearance at the Boogaloo Art Car and Music Festival in 2017. Having worked with crews such as 403dnb, Funk Bunker, and Break Beat Dojo, she continues to make waves across the North American bass music scene. DJ raSta (est. 2000) is a drum & bass and breaks veteran known for relentless, high-energy streaming sets and recurring appearances at Shambhala Music Festival Village Stage. No filler—just impact.
