Marty Carter

For the last 45 years Marty has performed across Western Canada as a founding member in an original Art Rock Reggae Blues Band called New Moon. He also has a Solo act and has performed as a professional side musician with numerous groups and DJs in the studio and in Live performance's. He is a Multi- Instrumentalist specializing in Flutes and Saxophone's and he also plays Drums, Keyboards,12 String Guitar, Harmonica, an EWI(Electric Wind Instrument) as well as various percussion instruments. He has produced two albums in his home studio and continues to compose original Music in many different generes. He has been at every Shambhala since before they named it Shambhala and has watched the whole evolution of this Amazing Music Festival.
