Calling Nelson, BC home since 1999, he is widely celebrated by the Farmily for his innate ability to read a festival crowd and deliver the perfect beats for the exact moment. Just-B’s musical roots trace back to his childhood near Toronto, Ontario, but his true calling was discovered in the early ‘90s. Immersed in the underground house, techno, and jungle scenes, he picked up a pair of used Technics 1200s and never looked back. Today, his sound is defined by a deep love for the "human element" in electronic music. He expertly weaves together chunky basslines, slick vocal hooks, live instrumental solos, and driving, funky rhythms to create solid, seamlessly blended house sets that are "dirty-sexy-funky-chunky-irresistibly-danceable" and effortlessly uplifting.
