Payment Plans Are Back

 

Shambhala Music Festival now has a Payment Plan option for those who wish to manage their budget by paying for their ticket(s) by installments over a 3 month period. For the 2019 festival, the Payment Plan option will be available for a limited quantity of GA tickets, so don’t miss out! ShambhaLodging Packages are still to be paid in full during the time of purchase.

To take advantage of the Payment Plan, the ticket(s) must be secured (& the first installment made) at the time of purchase. Second installment invoices will be emailed out via PayPal on November 15th, 2018 and the third/final installment invoices will be emailed out via PayPal on December 15th, 2018. Payment must be paid on each installment within 3 BUSINESS DAYS to avoid a $30 CAD late administrator fee.

Tickets purchased under the Payment Plan option are paid by monthly installments (October, November, December) and will vary depending on how many tickets you’ve decided to purchase under the plan.

If at anytime you decide you’d like to finish paying for your ticket(s) before the final payment date, please email sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com and we can send you an invoice for the remaining amount.

By purchasing a ticket to the festival under the Payment Plan option, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions in addition to Shambhala Music Festival’s Terms and Conditions.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

Please Read Carefully Before Making Your Purchase
  • The Shambhala Music Festival 2019 Payment Plan has a limited quantity of tickets available starting on October 5th, 2018. To take advantage of the Payment Plan, you must purchase your ticket(s) under the Pay by Installment page on our website.
  • The Payment Plan is only available for a limited amount of GA tickets. It is not available for ShambhaLodging packages, ShambhaLodging add-ons or collectable holographic keepsakes.
  • All installments must be completed no later than December 19th, 2018. Under these Terms and Conditions, this date is known as the ‘Completion Date’ and the period between the commencement date and the completion date is referred to as the ‘Payment Period’.
  • The amount of monthly installment will vary depending on the number of tickets selected.
  • By opting to use the Payment Plan to purchase your festival ticket(s), you authorize Shambhala Music Festival to arrange monthly invoices that MUST be paid within 3 business days of receiving. Invoices will be emailed out on November 15th, 2018 and December 15h, 2018. If payment is not made within 3 BUSINESS DAYS, Shambhala Music Festival reserves the right to charge a $30CAD late service administrator fee. If non-payment continues, Shambhala Music Festival reserves the right to unreserved your ticket(s) and cancel your Payment Plan order without refunding any of your previous installments.
  • Monthly payments will be required in 3 equal installments of $150CAD per ticket + GST
  • The first installment must be paid immediately at the time of purchase
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that:

    • The contact details you have provided are correct
    • You notify Shambhala Music Festival (sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com) if payment cannot be made within 3 business days of receiving your invoice. Failure to contact our team risks you being charged a $30CAD late administrative fee and/or having your Payment Plan cancelled without refund on previous installments.
    • You have sufficient funds available on your credit card or PayPal account on the scheduled installment dates throughout the payment period (invoices sent on November 15th, 2018 & December 15th, 2018).
  • Shambhala Music Festival may suspend or cancel your Payment Plan if an installment is declined or late without reason. We will notify you if it suspends or cancels your Payment Plan. In the event that your Payment Plan is cancelled due to non-payment and you have not communicated with us, no refunds will be given on previous installments.
  • If you believe that an invoice has been initiated incorrectly, please email sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com immediately so we can correct it. You are responsible for contacting Shambhala Music Festival regarding any dispute prior to the monthly payment due date.

  • If you would like to cancel your Payment Plan order BEFORE the final installation has been paid, please contact sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com. There is a $75CAD cancellation fee PER TICKET, and the rest of your payments will be refunded to you.

    * Please note: Orders can only be cancelled and partially refunded while in the ‘Payment Period’. No refunds can be given past the Payment Plan ‘Completion Date’ (once the final installation has been paid).
  • As all GA tickets and ShambhaLodging, tickets purchased under the Payment Plan are non-refundable once they have been completely paid for. No exceptions. Shambhala Music Festival’s Terms & Conditions apply.
  • Tickets purchased under the Payment Plan option will only be available to the purchaser after the final installment has been processed. Once final payment has been received, we will email you a notification to let you know and give you a log-in link with our new system where you can review your order.

Payment Plan FAQ

What are the benefits of the Payment Plan?

In the past, all tickets needed to be paid for in full at the time of purchase but the Payment Plan gives our guests with a lower income or those with a budget the option to pay for their tickets over a 3 month period. Please note this is a limited time offer on a limited quantity of tickets.

How many installments do I need to pay?

3 total. Excluding your first installment due at the time of purchase, there will be two installments across the following two months.

How much will each installment cost?

This will depend entirely on the total amount of tickets purchased through our Payment Plan. A monthly invoice of $150CAD per purchased ticket(s) + GST will be emailed to you.

When will each installment need to be made?

Once you have opted to use our Payment Plan, you are required to make your first payment installment at the time of purchase. Following your initial payment, you will be emailed an invoice via PayPal on November 15th and December 15th. Invoices must be paid within 3 business days to avoid penalty.

Can I alter the date that an installment is due?

No. Each installment invoice will be emailed out on November 15th and December 15th. You will have 3 business days to make payment.

Will I get a receipt for each payment?

Yes. You will receive a receipt from PayPal after completing payment on each installment.

Will I be charged any extra fees on each installment?

No, we are rolling out this Payment Plan completely interest-free! All you pay is a third of each ticket and GST on each installment.

What happens if I don't have the available funds for a payment?

Payment installment invoices will be emailed out via PayPal on November 15th and December 15th, so please prepare ahead and make sure you have the funds available. If payment is not received within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of the invoice being emailed to you, the purchase of the ticket(s) will be placed on hold until you can arrange an alternative payment method. There will be a $30 CAD late administrative fee if your payment is made later than 3 business days after receiving the invoice.

Can I have a payment reversed?

No. All payments and associated fees are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money whatsoever.

Can I transfer my payment plan order to someone else? If so, then how?

You cannot transfer your Payment Plan order to someone else until the final installment has been paid. While in the payment period, you are fully responsible for making payments on the installments. Once the final installment has been paid, you can transfer your order if need be.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

Yes, you can cancel your Payment Plan order before the final installation has been paid only. If you choose to do this please contact sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com immediately. There is a $75CAD PER TICKET cancelation fee and the rest of your previous payments will be refunded to you.

Can I finish paying off my Payment Plan early?

Yes! If you’d like to finish paying for your ticket(s) before the December 15th invoice is sent out, please contact sales@shambhalamusicfestival.com and we will email you an invoice for the remaining amount right away.

If I already made my purchase, can I have it partially refunded and switch to a Payment Plan?

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the Payment Plan for new orders and cannot alter orders that have already been completed. Sorry about that!

What happens once I pay my last installment?

We will send you a notification email to let you know payment is complete and will send you a log-in link to our new system. Here you can review your order, make changes to your order, transfer tickets and much more! All final payments need to be received no later than December 19th, 2018.
