There is a range of gourmet farm-to-plate dishes to excite your taste buds from the Salmo River Ranch food vendors. Featuring Salmo River Ranch raised beef and pork, and the highest-quality fruit and veggies grown on the property or locally sourced from the West Kootenays whenever possible.

Farm Phresh Smoothies
Revive yourself with fruit and veggies from Farm Phresh Smoothies. Made with local ingredients and love, enjoy one of their many yummy flavours and you’ll be back to feeling like it’s day one of the festival.
Shambhala’s Blaze Burger is a festival burger like no other you’ve ever experienced. Taking eating local to a whole new level, these burger patties are handmade with meat from Salmo River Ranch-raised cows. That’s right, this is a 1-Mile burger, and it will be one of the best burgers you’ve ever eaten.
Attention BBQ lovers! Oink BBQ is perfect for anyone looking to tuck into a hearty meal. In farm to table style, the Oink BBQ dishes are bursting with tasty, smokey flavours!
Pucker Up Lemonade
Real lemonade, real fast. Our lemonade has no nasties and is bursting with whole food goodness. Cool down and refresh with one of the tastiest drinks at Shambhala.
It’s just like Nonna made it! Pasta Joint is home to a range of tasty pasta meals, packed with delicious ingredients, some of which come from the Salmo River Ranch itself.
Every food vendor on site is hand-picked for Shambhala Music Festival, each one providing above and beyond service as well as offering a range of dietary options from vegetarian to vegan! The Shambhala Music Festival experience is not simply put on hold when guests need to eat, we understand that the food we offer can be just as important as the music we choose.

THE YOGI BERRY
The Yogi Berri serves up delicious sweet and savoy crepes! They are well known at the Nelson downtown Wednesday markets and you can find them at a festival near you in the Kootenay’s and around British Columbia. On top of serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert made anytime of day, The Yogi Berry also offers frozen yogurt treats to keep you cool on the hot days!
GAIA MA FOODS
Gaia Ma Foods is your place to be nourished with 100% Organic plant-based deliciousness. Come grab fresh local salad, Space Toast, Indian Risotto and the very popular Macro Bowl. They source local organic vegetables, and have specialty drinks and treats of the highest quality to fuel your festival adventures. Vegan comfort food at its best.
Caveman “Club” and Grill
Offering a unique dining experience featuring one-of-a-kind club sandwiches and their famous pterodactyl “wings” brought in straight from their free range pterodactyl farm, Caveman “club” and grill is ready fulfill that late-night craving. And thanks to the regenerative wing clipping program in place, they are able to ensure that their farm is cruelty free to bring peace of mind to all Shambhala guests!
Taco Justice is a Vancouver Island based food truck. It is the result of, owner and chef, Temperance Phair’s love of music, festivals and outrageousness. Taco Justice has been on the festival scene, in one incarnation or another, since 2008. Menu items like, The Green Bastard and The Nachos Libres have won Taco Justice what could only be described as a cult following. It has been said that if you came to the festival and didn’t eat Taco Justice, you missed out on part of the reason why everyone else came.

Thai on the Fly offers fresh healthy Thai and South East Asian cuisine! Tasty Pad Thais, yummy Pho, spring rolls and delicious Thai inspired breakfast! Serving Shambhala for the past 7 years they are so happy to share our love of Pad Thai with you!
Rockingham Wraps & Salads
At Rockingham Wraps & Salads they’re all about fresh. Dressings made daily. Veggies chopped fresh to create a cool crisp wrap or salad. Try a brewed iced tea or fruit infused water with that. Also see them for breakfast ( all day ) waffles with fruit, chocolate, whipped cream. Try the beef or chicken waffles and sauce it up yourself with their awesome selection, or maybe just a cool cup of fruit will hit the spot. On those cool evenings try a hot honey ginger drink, sure to warm those innards.
