He even writes a lot of his hooks on guitar before recording them digitally. The multi-instrumentalist from Toronto, Canada has made an appearance onto some high profile labels with his genre-melting, such as Kannibalen Records, Dim Mak Records, Monstercat and Tasty Records. He made his Shambhala debut at the Pagoda Stage Saturday night at #Shambhala2018. Find out what he thought about his first Shambhala!
“Shambhala was an incredible experience. It was one of my “dream” festivals that I hoped to play one day. The sense of community and connectedness there is unlike most festivals and it feels like everyone is there to escape reality and be themselves. I love festivals like that. ” – Dabin

How does Shambhala compare to other festivals that you’ve played at?
I’m such a fan of festivals that take place in nature. It really feels like an escape from reality and a chance to disconnect from everyday life and to surround yourself with good vibes and good music. Shambhala is definitely up there as one of my favourite festivals I’ve ever played.
